has so many parts! So much more
to learn and dissassemble ;)

Our concept and Idea
Terracotta
The desire for naturalness has led to a modern reinterpretation of the classic terracotta. Material already used by the ancient Romans, is still used and much appreciated for its characteristics.

Shapes of tradition
The harmony of objects that tell a story of ancient tradition:
balance between shapes and volumes, between simplicity
and richness of details.

Artisan Feeling
Materials, like terracotta, give life to objects which are artisanal
and traditional. These materials give the users a throwback to
simpler times.

Natural Feeling
Many customers are searching a natural feeling with soft
colors and authentic materials inspired by nature. Embracing
materials that staying true to their essence.

Family Feeling
Every appliance has its own characteristics, but they belong to the same family, thanks to the same elegant approach. A delicate composition between geometries is the starting point. In fact these products take inspiration from kitchen decorative objects like vases, bowls, plates, etc.

For a second they don’t seem to be appliances.

Project Learnings
-
Taking apart an appliance is the best way to understand its components and the role of each part.
-
While designing any product, sustainability should be kept in mind- products need to last a LONG time, they can't just look good
-
Different techniques to model and render certain materials and parts.
-
Working in a group helps to bounce off ideas and gives a better perspective towards the process and final design.
